With this in mind, we created an open floor plan with lots of seating and a huge kitchen to house the many serving dishes and cooking tools it had to hold. After designing all millwork details throughout the house, we sourced high-end furniture pieces that felt sophisticated and comfortable.
Sammi’s Dream House is what we dubbed it. A family of 5 asked to build a home for constant entertaining, pool days, play dates, cocktails and everything in between.
The clients came with an extensive art collection, specifically the oversized Retna piece that we hung proudly in the entryway staircase. After choosing all the hard materials for the home, we sourced neutral furniture pieces with sculptural details to reflect their love of art as well as bring visual interest into every room.
