Our goal was to create a space that was bright yet calming with a California laid back feel, all while remaining sophisticated yet family friendly to withstand the messiness of kid life. After renovating the interior of the home, which included staining the floors, painting the interior, updating the staircase design and remodeling the kitchen and bar areas, the space felt like a new blank canvas for our furnishing phase.
Formally owned by empty nesters, this home needed a major refresh for the young and vibrant family moving in.
We took time to learn how the family lives and how they use each space - the way they want to feel when they walk in the door, and sourced furniture pieces that are both modern and comfortable to fit their lifestyle. With our signature neutral palette, organic details and a touch of depth in finishes and accessories, the home gave the California casual vibe the clients were after.
